1. General provisions
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — Terms) govern the use of the website mosh.club and the Mosh Club mobile application (hereinafter — Platform).
The Platform is owned and operated by SIA Baltic Padel (hereinafter — Mosh Club), registration No. [to be filled], legal address: Noliktavu iela 9, Dreiliņi, Ropažu novads, LV-2130.
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Services
The Platform provides the following services:
• Online padel court booking
• Training sign-up
• Tournament registration
• Open match session sign-up
• Information about club services, prices and events
• Gift card purchase
3. Registration and account
To use booking and sign-up features, you need to create an account in the Mosh App.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Mosh Club reserves the right to suspend or delete an account if Terms violations are detected.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Booking procedure
A court booking is binding after confirmation is received. Bookings can be made through the Mosh App, at bookings.mosh.club, or by phone at +371 22 880 020.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the reserved time. Cancellation less than 24 hours before — no refund. No-show — no refund.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the reserved start time, Mosh Club reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation.
5. Payments
Prices for services are listed on the Platform and may be changed without prior notice. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Payments can be made by card, cash or through the Mosh App. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers.
6. Intellectual property
All Platform content, including texts, images, logos, design, software and other materials, is the property of Mosh Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
Platform content may not be copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Mosh Club.
7. User obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to:
• Not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not provide false information
• Not interfere with Platform operation or security
• Follow Mosh Club internal rules (see /club-rules)
• Respect other Platform users and club visitors
8. Limitation of liability
Mosh Club provides the Platform as is. We strive to ensure uninterrupted and secure operation, but do not guarantee the Platform will always be available or error-free.
Mosh Club is not liable for damages arising from Platform use or non-use, except as required by law.
9. Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. App Store, Google Play, social networks). Mosh Club is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
10. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is resolved in a Latvian court.
11. Changes to Terms
Mosh Club reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will inform you of significant changes on the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
