1. General rules
• Mosh Club is open to all visitors regardless of age, gender or experience level
• By entering the club, visitors agree to follow these internal rules
• Mosh Club staff reserve the right to ask anyone violating these rules to leave
• Persons under 16 may visit the club only when accompanied by an adult
2. Court use
Booking
• Courts are available only with advance booking through Mosh App, bookings.mosh.club or by phone
• Arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in booking cancellation
On-court behavior
• Only clean sports shoes allowed on court (indoor or tennis shoes)
• Black soles are not allowed as they leave marks on the court surface
• Eating and drinking (except water) on court is not allowed
• Leave the court clean after play: collect balls, wipe up spills
• Glass walls and the net must not be used as support surfaces or for sitting
Equipment
• Rackets and balls can be rented or purchased at the reception
• In case of damaged or broken rental equipment, the visitor covers repair or replacement costs
• Personal belongings can be stored in lockers in the changing rooms
3. Safety
• Warm up before playing to avoid injuries
• Wear appropriate sports clothing
• If you feel unwell or get injured, immediately inform staff
• First aid kit is available at reception
• Mosh Club is not liable for injuries during play if all safety rules are followed
4. Changing rooms and showers
• Changing rooms and showers are available for all club visitors
• Towels are available for rental at reception
• Personal belongings should be stored in lockers. Mosh Club is not liable for lost or stolen items
• Please leave the changing rooms clean and tidy
5. Cafe and lounge area
• OAK'A Burgers cafe and lounge area is open to everyone, including non-players
• Food and drinks may only be consumed in the cafe and lounge area, not on the courts
• Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased by persons aged 18 and over
6. Children
• Children under 16 may only be in the club when accompanied by an adult
• During kids' training sessions, coaches are responsible for the children
• Parents can wait in the cafe or lounge area during the kids' training
• Children are not allowed to run through the club premises outside the court
7. Parking
• Free parking is available right next to the club
• Parking is intended only for club visitors
• Mosh Club is not liable for vehicle damage or theft in the parking area
• Car-sharing vehicles (Bolt Drive, CityBee, CarGuru) may be parked in the lot
8. Photo and video
• Mosh Club may photograph and film on club premises for marketing and social media purposes
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform staff
• Personal photography and filming are allowed as long as it does not disturb other visitors
9. Events and tournaments
• Additional rules may apply during tournaments and events, as communicated by organizers
• Tournament participants must follow sports ethics principles and Fair Play
• Aggressive behavior, disrespectful treatment of opponents or referees is not tolerated
• Disqualification is possible for serious rule violations
10. Restrictions
The following is not allowed on Mosh Club premises:
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) indoors
• Bringing your own alcoholic beverages
• Bringing animals (except service animals)
• Using narcotic or intoxicating substances
• Behaving aggressively or threatening other visitors' safety
• Damaging club inventory or premises
11. Liability
Visitors are responsible for their own health and physical fitness. Mosh Club recommends consulting a doctor before engaging in sports if you have health issues.
For intentional damage to inventory, court surfaces, or club premises, the visitor is liable for the resulting losses.
