Team building for companies
Padel is played in pairs, so every player depends on a partner. Colleagues talk, plan and celebrate points together from the first minutes. The basics can be learned in one session, so the sportiest people and those holding a racket for the first time play side by side.
Unlike bowling or karting, padel does not split the team into players and spectators. The tournament format rotates partners, and by the end of the evening everyone has played with colleagues from other departments.
